Cool Gotta Gran Prix

Hi Gang,
I guess I'm a Pontiac owner now. As I told Eric, the '97 Bravada is totaled and I bought a 2000 Grand Prix GT so I'm proud for any info, advice & warnings ya'll want to let me in on

Lower Intake manifold gasket leaking of coolent, common/famous problem for these cars.

It says 3800 series II on the plastic cover. I'm really starting to like this car. Fun to drive, good handling (compared to the Bravada and my truck) and good gas milage to boot.
Are the shift solenoids an issue on this trans like the '97 Bravada is?
