Will brake fluid damage my windshield???

I took apart my poorly painted tamiya skyline 5 minutes ago and decided to put it in brake fluid and repaint it,but the windshield won't come off,I don't wanna break it,and if I put it in brakle fluid,I'm afraid it will ruin my windshield, will it?I'm gonna put it in tommaorw, with or without windshield, depends on what the expierienced models say...

I don't think that the windshield will really like the brake fluid. I haven't been game enough to try it yet...
