 BENT DRIVE SHAFTANYONE OUT THERE, HAD ANY SIMILAR PROBLEMS ON THEIR 2001 GMC SIERRA'S?

How did it bent, this cannot happen without hitting something, or it was manufactured out of line, but this would have shown up immediately.
