99 civic hatch back ?
just bought it a week ago , checked tranny fluid seems ok except the dipstick doesn't feel secure seems like it just sits there . does anyone have the same car with this finding as I don't think this is normal . Thought it should at least grab a bit .

Seems like alot of them do that, mine included. Maybe try to order a new one from Honda dealer.
