The name of the song is "Pedal to the Metal" by Kazzer. If anyone else is wondering what anime that is, it's called "ex-Driver". Some crazy shit about how in the future, all the vehicles are controlled by AI. The only way you can manually operate a vehicle is if you possess the required license stating you have the skills to drive the vehicle with AI controlled cars on the road. Coooool.
