Whistling Throttle Body
Mt throttle body on my 96 CIVIC CX hb is whistling. I put a cold air intake on it and the thing whistles bad a half throttle. I put the stock stuff back in and I noticed I can hear it faintly but its not a noticable. PLEASE HELP I want to use the cold air intake without the anoying noise.
