How do you take off the window crank?

I'm trying to replace the 4x6 speakers in the front doors. I can't figure ouit how to get the window crank off. Any suggestions?

Get the tool. I effed up the panel in my truck trying to use little screwdrivers.. there's a little retaining clip that holds the crank onto a groove in the crank shaft.Some have said they use rags to perform the task.

Just get the tool.
