1999 cavalier
i have a 1999 cavalier. when i took it to get the inspection done this last time, the guy put in the wrong key. after he was done, i would have a little bit of trouble starting my car, but not too much. this morning i spent almost 45 minutes trying to get it to start. the key will go in, but it won't turn at all. i don't know anything about cars, so can someone please tell me what i can do, please?

That happens with my key that I had made from the original. For some reason, it's like one side of the key doesn't work and it won't turn at all. So I can the key out and flip it and it turns.

or if the wheel is locked up, try turning the wheel and the key at the same time.
