seatbelt issue
I've got my drivers door panel all riped apart to fix a problem with my window, and the lower seat belt mount rolled a little bit of the belt into it.(sorry don't know the real name of the part.)
 When looking at the seatbelt components on the door it's the lower aft part. It seems to be designed to hold the belt in. I can't figure out how to get the belt to come back out. Has anyone else run into this before.
