tranny...

i think my tranny is going, i between 3rd and 4th that it like feels like it goes in then it like finally goes in like 4-5 seconds later, like slippin or something.

You might try a fluid & filter change. Is the Check Engine light on?
That transmission is controlled & monitored by the computer.

Yep, each shift has a solenoid to activate it and the torque converter has a lockup one too all accessible thru the pan but as Chris said do the filter and 5 qts of fluid (Valoline has some with cleaners now) and see if that does it (may take 100 miles or so after). You will not believe the crap in the pan and on the pan magnet that gets deposited. Those full flushes are not a proven fix as they claim so that is up to you.
Then on the throttle body you have a throttle position sensor (TPS) that tells the PCM where the throttle is to command shifts, with the trans going into a preset mode if that gives faulty readings.
