Blitz Mitsubishi EVO IV project...

Get the paint hardening on this kit this week, the first car now I'm back modelling!
Blitz rims and HKS exhaust, big brakes, monster lowering job and race interior! Looking forward to getting this one done.
I'll just finish the R1 and then get right into it!
Thinking of spraying the inner rims silver, they are a true split rim wheel.
colour inspired by P-Man's EVO VII!
Any comments and suggestions invited!

If that's the amount of lowering your going for then its gonna look great! Nice rims, what are they? And what kit is this?

The rims are Aoshima Blitz BRW-03 and aren't they gorgeous! They come in two parts, a back section and then a chrome outer ring.

The kit is Hasegawa's EVO 4 GSR. Very nice, better molding than Fujimi but not as good as Tamiya. Nice subject too!
The suspension will be very low. I'll see how it goes when I start piecing the suspension together.

Well well well.......look what has crawled out of the wood work...the old git himself ....and he's going to build a kit....

That looks so darn sweet...colour/wheels and height look spot on.
The body kit sets it off real well to....nice and tough looking.

Hi,
nice starting...... good taste for the choice of the wheels... I've the same but i think that tires are more higher....... I prefer to use others tires with these wheels......

Nice exhaust pipe.....

Nice! I think you should keep that height, maybe lower it 1-2mm more if you have that scraping urge in you! Like Tonio I am rather new but have looked back in the forums and seen some of your previous works, great to see another modeller back into it again!
