Umm no. The tensioner is on the timing belt, not the serpentine belts. It seems like the alternator and the tension pulley on the power steering are loose.

Look under the hood at the front of the car on the passenger side. You will see the power steering pump right in front of you. Below that is the tension pulley. Theres a bolt (I believe a 13mm) that you will loosen up. You then take a crow bar and wedge it out as hard as you car and tighten that bolt back up. That all for that.

On the Alternator there is basically the same thing built into the bracket tho. Theres 2 bolts (12mm or 13mm) that you loosen on the bracket and then just pry it out and retighten. The one bolt is easiest coming from the top. Take out the power steering controller if you have one, and youll see it right there. The other one is a little more difficult and you have to come up from the bottom. The wedge out and retighten.

Re: please I really need help fixing this problem

ok i did all the above but guess what i found out that the pully has this little circle thing in it and i took it to the shop they popped it out and i bought a new one but then the stupidest thing happened . the bolt that tightens it broke right in half its a left threaded bolt and I think ive called every where and they all say that i have to buy the whole power steering pully .. which really sucks . I had someone look at my car and they said that more than likely that my hormonic balancer was out of alinement .
