compression problems 1997 2.2

I have a 1997 Cavalier I checked compression and number one cylinder has 150, number 2 has 30, number 3 has 20, and 4 is 60. Does anyone know what would cause this? Broken cam, timing?

I know this is late, but how many kms are on it? It's obviously got a headgasket blown, and coolant could have eaten away at it.
