How much is this worth???

Hey guys i was thinking of trading one of my cars for this truck. I dont know much about it yet, this is what i do know.
1998.5 dodge 3500 custom 18 in lift, all laser lined, reversed cut dana 60 (front) has been cut & rolled for correct pinon angles, dana 80 (rear), auburn possi carrier, 35 spline axles ( front& rear), custom built 500 horse cummins from Diesels & More in Lake Havasu 80k miles, marine head & injectors, marine pistons, banks evo turbo, 5 in down pipe with dual 6 in exhaust, cummins pcm, stacked tst on board fuel and boost management system, new heavy duty nv 4500 from Farnsworth trans in Amarillo, Tx.( warranty), true speed for accurate odometer reading, bds exhaust brake, 22.5 Alcoa wheels, 385x75 radials ( 43 in tall) And some more stuff that i forgot.

So judging from what you read what do you think this is worth and also will it be easy to resell? Thanks ahead of time guys!

wow what a truck. depending on the total mileage on it I would just estimate real quickly the owner prob wants easily more than $30K. a brand new 3500 is around $40-50K. Not sure how easy resell would be as the bumper is too high for it to be legally registered in some states. Not sure bout the south and all but here in PA I don't think it would be legal.
