98 Lumina Cyl 6 Misfire.
I had to wash my engine bay because of a coolant leak made a huge mess under the hood. I washed the engine and now I have a misfire on cylinder 6, I switched out the plug and wire with another cylinder, it still puts out the same code of a #6 misifre. It never had this problem before I washed it so, could something possibly dry out and fix itself? Any ideas? Thank You All.

Re: 98 Lumina Cyl 6 Misfire.
Let it dry out thoroughly see what happens, lots of areas for spark problems between a wet block/coil/wires.

Re: 98 Lumina Cyl 6 Misfire.
If you used high pressure water from a power washer or car wash, you may have knocked an injector harness loose, or got water under the coils. It's possible that you even cut a wire if you got to close with the spray wand.
