Does anyone know where the keyless entry receiver is located?

My 2002 Rendezvous's Remote Keyless Entry systems suddently stopped working last week. I've tried reprogramming my fobs, but I think the problem is with my the receiver. Both fobs stopped working at the exact same time. I replaced the batteries (just incase) and still nothing. When I go through the steps to reprogram them, I never get the beeps so I assume the problem is in the car. I checked my fuses and they appear to be OK.

Does anyone know where the receiver is located?
