2002 Lancer how do i go about power

Hi in the near future ill be purchasing a 2002 Lancer. It has everything stock which is excellent for i want personally modifiy it. I would like to put a Turbo into it. But i wouldn't have a clue about going about it. Could you suggest what i need, whats the best brand and estimate price.
