Instrument Panel lights, very basic, NEED HELP

I bought an 88 Celica recently, and it has an aftermarket white gauge instrument cluster. The problem is, there are no lights at all. I took it out to investigate, and I found these little black plugs that were all interconnected (I'm assuming those are for the lights) all tied to one, and it wasnt plugged in. I looked around, and I couldnt find anything. Does ANYONE know where they go? I cant find anything... I am assuming these are the wires that control the lights, there is one that goes to each gauge.
