changing front ends: from 88-89 front
i am going to be purchasing a 88 ranger here in the next few days and was wondering if I wanted to swap a 89-92 front end onto my 88 ranger what would i need to get in order to do this other than a new grille and radiator support. this may seem kind of stupid but i am not too keen on the look of the 83 - 88 model grilles. i also was wondering if i could get a good deal on a dash from a 89-91 model would it fit into a 88 model. i havent had much experience customizing rangers although i have owned two of them, so anything would help. thanks
I forgot to mentio does anyone know a reliable source for a floor pan also, this one had a little rust from oklahoma and the dude that owns it right now welded a sheet of steel in it and i want to try and get the thing fixed right.

Re: changing front ends: from 88-89 front
I think you would also need the fenders, hood, front bumper and filler panel between the bumper and grille. You might want to try finding on in a salvage yard that has been hit in the rear and get the front clip from it, then you would have all the parts, and know exactly how everything goes together.
