Dodge Neon 2002

I have a 2002 Dodge Neon and I have a few code It threw out and they are P1684 And P0455 could anyone tell me what they mean?

P1684 - battery has been disconnected within the last 50 key-on cycles (nothing to worry about)

P0455 - Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (no purge flow or large leak) - Check to make sure your gas cap is on securely.
