Thumbs up B18C5 in a 91 STD!!!! (pics)

Whats up everyone- i was on someother honda forums and came across this awesome EF. This is a 91 STD hatch, and this guy named Mackie i guess did the install himself. He started this MASSIVE swap in early december, and finish it in late january. He had no garage, and did it outside in the freezing cold with no help. He used the HYDRAULIC S80 ITR trans, and he also converted his car to OBDII. this is no small task. He also used the ITR gauge cluster. if you want the original link to the pics, here it is Otherwise, here are the pics....MAD PROPS go to this guy, IMHO
the 91 STD hatch

the USDM B18C5 powerplant w/ LSD S80 hyrdaulic ITR trans

he also used the ITR radiator

close up of the custom mounted hyrdaulic reservoir

In order to have the OBDII conversion work he used 4 fuse boxes. Here is a pic of 2 of them, the other 2 are in the cabin.

Here is a close up of the hydro LSD S80 ITR trans

Here is the dash-complete with ITR gauge cluster

Closeup of the ITR cluster

So...Is that the ultimate sleeper, or what? i was so impressed by this thing. Let me know what you think, or if you've see it before...i guess he's a member of the HB Squad, or somethin. later everyone

Custom mounted fluid reservoir? looked like a bunch of 10 cent washers to me. hehe. I like the swap. The gauge cluster is something i havent seen before. There are a few STDs running around my area with B18C5s in them...

I would think it would be more difficult to convert over to use a hydro tranny as opposed to getting like an SiR cable tranny by itself and using it. Isn't the gearing about the same on the ITR and SiR trannys?
