I found this Williams torque wrench and its in pretty good condition allmost new, but i take it home and the head won't turn/ratchet. I can't even change the clockwise/counterclockwise switch.... Anyone know what's wrong with it? I want to fix it so bad!!! Thanks

On my torque wrnech you have to put the socket on the wrench and then hold the socket to turn the clockwise/counterclockwise nub.
