Misc parts

Hi I was wondering if anyone had a GOOD source for body and interior parts. I'm mainly looking for the moulding that runs under the headlights and over the bumper that always seems to crack on every box caprice I've ever seen (I tried looking on the internet but all i could find is the black strip that goes on teh bumper itself). Also I"m looking for the top of the dash that turns an ugly color due to the sun. I talked to a guy who said he was having a new dash (just the top part) sent to him and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find one or exactly what the name of it would be.

Re: Misc parts

Try Rock Auto, they have a great online store and I buy parts from them all the time. I think the part you need is called a bumper filler, which they have for the front. They carry bumpers as well. They might have a dash pad, deffo worth a look.

Re: Misc parts

Actually, the piece he is looking for is the urethane strip that bolts to the bottom of the header panel. This strip sits on top of the bumper.

It's the same from '86-'90.

I'm looking for one too - the one I have just split. That's the urethane for you - my old '75 Grand Am's header panel was completely made of urethane. When that thing started falling apart ...
