Caravan Horn Relay

1998 Grand Caravan. My horn isn't working. The fuse is good. Is there something special about removing the relay? Tried to gently pull it out, but was firm and didn't want to force it. Also what should you read on the relay legs to determine if it's bad?

It is probally the clockspring,Chrysler has problems with the clocksprings.Chrysler will only cover it under warranty and it is a lifetime warranty,1999 and up

if it is a relay like i am used to you connect 12v and ground of a power supply to 85 and 86 and see if it clicks. will check into this tomorow.
