Cutting out @ 1500-2000 RPM

My car cuts out really bad between 1500 and 200 rpm. Its a 1995 gran Prix with a 3100 in it. I have recently changed the spark plug wires and the fuel filter. The oxygen sensors may be bad but I didnt think that they would cause this I thought they would cause really crappy gas mileage. Anyways the Spark plugs were changed about 20,000 miles ago and I havent pulled one out to check the color of the bottom. any thoughts on what could be wrong?

mmm it could be anything from a well-needed reset computer to a fuel injection problem???? Unplug the battery and place the key in the ignition and try and crank it. Then about 5 mins later hook up the battery again. I think that's the ghetto way to reset the computer.
