Is this a good deal?
1999 Accord EX Coupe
4cyl ULEV Clean Title history 2 owners 92318 miles HE is asking $6000. It is from a dealer, but the price seems low like something is wrong. It is listed on EBAY HERE What do you think? I am planning on getting it inspected. It also needs a timing belt.

Daniel, looks like an ok price.
Remember - its from a dealer, so his mark-up is going to be included in the price. Tell him you want your mechanic to look it over and see if it needs more than a timing belt.
