Electrical Issues... because I am a moron.

That's right, I am a moron. My old battery died and I bought a new one, but accidentally hooked it up backwards (hence the moron). The horn started honking, the wipers started and I smelled burning. It wasn't hooked up like that more than 2 seconds.

I reconnected the battery correctly and the car now starts correctly. All of the essentials still work, but I now have issues with may electrical accessories not working. For example, my power locks, power mirrors, interior trunk release, stereo, and dome lights don't work. Also, when I turn the ignition to "Acc" the horn honks for just one second.

I have checked fuses and don't see any that are blown, I can't identify the source of the burning smell I sensed when it was hooked up wrong.

Can anyone give me any ideas as to what I need to do in order to fix these problems? I have a 2000 Intrepid with the 2.7l V6.

Thanks
