96 tbird v6 3.8

I have a check engine lightand the codes are pulled and are 171 and 174 and it has a hesitation at take off
The fuel filter been change every 10,000 miles it has 82,000 miles on it but the O2 sensors have not because there is four of them and they are expensive. All I want to find out if there is any way to find out which ones are bad? As for the other, the owners manual says the plugs are good for 100,000 miles (oil has been changed every 3,000 miles) (trans fluid and filter has been changed once) Anything you can help with is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Those codes indicate system lean banks 1 and 2 respectively. Have the O2 sensors been replaced? When did it last get a tune up? Fuel filter? How many miles are on the car?
