i feel dumb now

well after wondering for 6 months why my caprice was running rich, even though everything inside the carb was rebuilt and right on spec, if figured it out when i looked a little closer.

i had unplugged the EGR and plugged the vacuum line. i forget why, but i was testing something, and that was the way i had been told to do it.
