wheel size 18's?

I am looking to buy a set of wheels off ebay they are 18 7x5" w/+42mm offset. will they fit? The list they show says they will. Has anyone put hem on theirs?

Just to let you know that 18's will fit with a 40-42mm offset. I think the range is 35-42. The recomended tire size is 215 45 18.
