Re: Dumped live on radio
Oz that's so such a misogynist and evil clip...
I love it! LMFAO That and the post on the guy in Calgary trying to do a runner after crashing have made my day... opcorn:

Re: Dumped live on radio
So.....she's a cheat, her boss is an adulterer, he's too spineless to confront either of them, so he lets a tacky radio jock boost his ratings by humilliating her in public.
Can't see anyone that deserves any sympathy, much less congratulation. Just goes to show how nasty people can be. If that's the best 'entertainment' that Galaxy can offer their listeners, they should be shut down and sent back to junior school. |

Re: Dumped live on radio
thats great, its not that hes spinless, its that hes hurt and humiliated. And the best way to make yourself feel better is to hurt and humilate the other person. And thats a damn good way. ANd dont tell me its not, because i doubt theres a single person in here who doesnt have a personal hurt limit. Yeah its easy to say be the bigger man and walk away, but as some point everyone cracks and fires back.

So he heard secondhand that she'd been cheating.First thing to do would be to HEAR HER SIDE OF THE STORY. If by chance he is the victim of a malicious rumour, he has just trashed a perfectly good relationship for nothing - no,wait. It wasn't a good relationship to start with, any dickwipe who would ever consider a stunt like this deserve to be single until he gains a bit more maturity and raises the baseline for his personal values.Selfish little prick. |

Re: Dumped live on radio
Perhaps it's childish to do that, and he should have verified the story before going all in. But IF the story is true then she truly had that coming to her.
He may have been too spineless to do it himself, or he may have thought it would be more "revengeful" to do it this way. Maybe he liked the radio show and wanted to air his story on it. Who knows anything about his character. What I do know is that after suffering through a cheating spouse myself (and not having to call a radio show to dump her) it was nice to see her exposed prior to the marriage/legal entanglements, and possible child support, that could have come out of it if he'd caught her out later.

That clip was great. Heard similar situations on the radio from the Tom Leykis show out here.

Re: Dumped live on radio
i dunno, she was with him for 4 years. if there was someone else she wanted i think she would've left him long before. maybe she did like the boss a bit, maybe it was just a drunken mistake. who knows?
either way, i think they should've sorted it out between them. it's a relationship thing that should've been dealt with by the boyfriend/girlfriend. public humiliation doesn't solve anything, he'll laugh and smile at the time, but there's no doubt he'll be sorry to see her go. i think it could've been handled better than to get a radio host to do his dirty work to humiliate her.

Re: Dumped live on radio
Yeah, but another thing is that you do not know their previous history and what she may have done in the past. If she is notorious for this kind of behavior this might have just been the straw that broke the camel's back which is what happens in a lot of failed relationships.
