Unhappy compression readings

hello my 1987 pickup 22r is running rough, seems like cyl. 2 is not working.
my compression readings at cyl. 2 is 150 and the rest is at 180 psi.
no noticable changes when i pulled the plug wires from cyl. 2, not like the others. truck was overheated, new headgasket was put in.
put small amout of oil in cyl. 2 and recheck compression, came up to 180psi.
truck still runs rough. any ideas?

yes i am getting spark, i did a leak down test today, air is coming from my intake and a little from exhaust, i loosen up the valves, it has gotten a little bit better, but not as good. i think i have a crack head, probably near the valve seat area?
