91 Headlight mounts stuck open

Ok, my headlights for my car ever since i got it, wouldn't go down, the motors worked, but the head lights didn't wanna go down. I took both of them apart today, broke a few bolts, oh well. here are a few photos. I hope the pics aren't too big, i resized them to 1024 X 768 i think.

I tried to spray them down with some/a lot of PB Blaster, but they still wont budge. Is there a way to break them free again? Also, i looked the dimensions of a second generation GS-T radiator, and they were pretty close to ones of a 91 eclipse 1.8 5spd. My brother has one (2nd gen radiator) at his place somewhere, and I haven't had the time to get it, and try to see if it fits. Has anyone ever tried this? I don't want to pay all that money for something that i can have for a few dollars. I'm not cheap, I just like to use my resources well, so please don't think I'm trying to cut corners.

Thanks, Sam
