yet another GT stang
Was coming home from playing some poker, driving kinda quick, and realized I was only boosting 11psi. Pulled into a gas station and found my mbc screw had backed out. So I cranked it to where I thought it should be, pulled out and did a quick burst to make sure...14psi...perfect. Instantly it obviously faster. Sweet.
Well apparently some red '04ish GT took notice. Girl in her 20s pulls up next to me and tosses a rev. I look over and just shrug. Not really sure if she was gonna go, or if I even felt like going. LIght goes green and she launches...not the hardest launch ever, but she got outta the hole pretty quick with no wheel spin. I realize she's going, and about a car and a half ahead, so I toss a quick rev and slip the clutch at 3500...I shot out hard. It's a huge intersection going 5 different ways...but by the time we got to the other side I had already passed her and was slightly ahead. I redlined 2nd, short shifted 3rd, 4th, and put it into 5th around 75ish. She had fallen back and I thought the race was over. Apparently she didn't. I got a domestic female flyby  I dropped to 4th, and followed. My turn was coming up, so I wasn't gonna keep racing unless she turned.Well she did. We both got into the turning lane and yeilded to traffic. As soon as it was clear she turned and took off into the near lane, I gave her a second and then nailed it low in first entering the turn, and came through squealing into the far lane. Nailed the 1-2 shift, tires still shrieking, my open downpipe roaring and reverberating off the cars sitting in the opposing turning lane  I pull even with her somewhere in 2nd gear, and proceed to give her a beating she wont soon forget. I top 2nd off and actually passed redline, slam it into 3rd and start leaving her clearly behind. She kept trying, but my nose even lifted on the 3-4 shift and I took it up to 130ish just to make sure she knew who had the superior car. I don't know how far I was ahead, because my eyes were glued to the road and my gauges...but it was an obvious win. We slowed down and stopped at a light a couple miles down the road. She had this huge grin on her face like it was her first race or something. I smiled and nodded, she waved, i got the green arrow and took my turn. Fun race after a sucky game of poker.

Hey, was she cute? If she was, and your not married, you should've bet her virginity on it. It would've been like that show PINKS, but without all the sissy car lengths headstart, and she be betting her body if she lost, or you'd be betting yours. That's a win win situation
