Question 1970 Mustang Vert

Well I found one in my area for 9000 dollars. No Rust. It has a 289(No they didn't come in the car that year, but a 429 swap won't cost that much.) No idea what the mileage is or even if the rest of the car is number's matching. I'm not thinking it's worth 9000. So I come to you with this head pounding question. I will be getting some info within a few days so i'll keep you posted.
