driving without cutout
ive been driving with my cutout off for some time put it on today car seemed twice as slow am i just trippin or do u gain alot of hp with it off

Not much actually.
When capped = Low end torque should be a little better. When open = Upper end power should be a little better. I can't seem to find the graph I have that shows the difference with mine open and closed. I will have to find the graph and post it later.

yep, some torque goes bye bye when you open up the exhaust too much... thanks to a reduced scavengin effect.

Not all the torque, just the low end.
