Welcome on your first post on AF.
A little more info would help. What has been done or not done? Any repair history? Any add on wiring stuff? Try tapping or pulling fuel pump relay first and let us know what that does.

What engine code and S-10 pickup right?
Left front by brake booster. Also check for power on ECM-B fuse with key off. The oil pressure switch or fuel pump relay can power the fuel pump if there is 12 volt power on ECM-B fuse. Pull fuse and relay and if fuel pump still runs it has a short in wiring someplace supplying power to fuel pump.
