removed f license plate - how to fill in holes?

i took off the front license plate from my beige P11. looks better. anyone want to recommend something cheap that i can use to fill it in, and possibly some cheap paint to help it blend in.

there is a thread on this ..at about march this year. I'm too lazy to find it ..so since it is your question...scroll through this thread and you will see numerous discussion on the subject. Since it is illegal to remove front plates here ...I didn't pay too much interest in it.

If it were me, I wouldn't fill in the holes. I'd get some plugs that push into the hole. There are some plastic plugs like this that Nissan uses in their interiors. You could just paint the head on them and it would probably look better than anything you could do to fill it in, short of going to a body shop and paying a lot of money.

The upside of doing this is that if you get a ticket for no front plate, you can pull out the plugs and show you've installed your front plate and you might be able to get off the hook.

try going to your local infiniti and ask for their painter they usually have one or two painters and ask him or her how much they would make you pay outside of infiniti ask them how much painted on heir own time infiniti will charge you a arm and a leg

This might sound stupid but why would you remove your rear license plate?

You could also go to an acura dealer and get the plugs they used for the integra front license plate holes. Most of them are colored matched for acura cars. Mine is the pearl green but the acura ones are a slightly lighter green. the acura plugs have two things sticking out of it. I just cut one side off and then siliconed the plug into the hole in your bumper. YOu can't really tell the difference in the color unless you look really close.

This might work for you too.

Best of luck
Davin

I just picked up some black screws at my local Pep Boyz and stuck em in the day I got my car. Cost like 3 bucks for a set of six.
