92 starting problems

I have a 92' 3.1 wont start. it cranks but wont fire. i checked for spark(got it), just replaced the fule filter and pump to see if that might have been the problem because i wasnt getting alot of pressure(somtimes none at all), soo i put gas in it, and tryed to start it nothing, just cranks. I then sprayed starter fluid in the intake to see if it just needed a little help to start but it sputtered and didnt even fully start. i have changed the icm, ecu, crk sensor, egr valve, map sensor, iat, all plugs and wires, pretty much every sensor on the car... i have no idea whats wronge with this but its about to get junked if i cant find the problem, im not gonna put another 500 in the car if i can only get about 1200 for it lol soo any ideas would help alot thanks. ~ Colin

p.s. it has fule pressure, spark and still nothing?.?.? also no check engine light?? does this have anything to do with it. i cant see any codes pop up because the light will not turn on..

Re: 92 starting problems

Check for injector pulse at the injectors, spray carb cleaner into the intake if it starts it is a fuel problem.

Re: 92 starting problems

Check the pcm/injector fuses? Have the ign module tested at NAPA or AZ.

Re: 92 starting problems

Inspect the wiring between the crank sensor and ICM. The wiring runs close to the pass side axle, then under the timing cover (close to the harmonic balancer) then up to the ICM. It may have rubbed through and is sending a weak signal. Also check the harnesses that plug into the ECM, as they could be corroded. If you purchased a Cardone brand reman ECM, don't rule that out, as they are known to be problematic.
