95 Jeep GC 4.0 starter/blower motor problems!? WTF??

i have a 95 grand cherokee with starting issues. my ignition wont work with the starter. thought it was the starter, but come to find out. its a wiring problem somewhere....no idea where though. i ran a good solid wire from the starter to a push button inside the jeep. turn the ignition, push the button. starts fine. but at the same time all this happened, my blower motor on my heater wont work with its normal power wire. ran a power wire to the positive side of the blower, works fine just like normal. its like i lost power to the blower and starter. anyone know of any relays or anything that would cause this!? i'm lost and i've had a few mechaincs look at it as well. we all have no idea. checked all fuses and relays i could find. not broken, but an inconvenience! PLEASE HELP!

I have an idea from looking at a wiring diagram. It appears that the heater control functions and starter has to run through the Engine Control Module(ECM), but the wiring diagram was for a '94 model and I could not find one just for a '95. Maybe somebody else will have a better solution, but I would check into the ECM. Sorry couldn't be more helpful, who knows, maybe the wires are lose going into the ECM.

Oh, there is a starter relay in the power distribution center you may want to check if you have not done so already

yeah i checked the relay, but nothin there. im sure i checked every relay i could find and ever fuse at least 5 times just to be sure. i'll look into that ECM tho. good possibilty
