05 Dakota Stalls

The transmission in my 05 Dakota 4X4 when cold will stall the engine when coming to a stop. Trans kicks down to lower gear with a small lunge forward if brake is not applied hard. If brakes are set hard it will stall the engine. Seems like it does not want to disengage. Dealer has had it a couple of times to no avail. No codes, and says cannot duplicate. Only occurs within the first 4-5 minutes of cold driving. Any ideas or others experiencing the same problem.

Does it have a 4.7?If the answer is yes,the trans fluid is probably about 1/2 quart low.I am a tech at a dealer and we see this a lot.
