Lumina APV fuel pump problem
I own a Lumina APV 1995 which is refuse to start. When I turn the key, the fuel pump doen't start. If I put 12V direct to the pump, it runs but the engine still refuse to start. The pump relay is okay. If I test the dark green/white wire, there's no juice. The ECM is brand new, and there's no open circuit. The fuel pump fuse is okay too. Then, when I turn the key, the check engine light doesn't come on at all... Can someone help me please?
