Check to make sure nothing is binding with the throttle cable. Also, did you disconnect the battery when you cleaned out the throttle body?

You may have damaged the control, is it properly reconnected?

ISC connects to the TB, on the side near the throttle opening.

Double check your work. Did you clean both sides of the throttle plates as well as the bore? Look for a vac line that might have gotten broken or disconnected. Disconnect the battery for a couple of minutes then reconnect. That will reset the comp to default for the idle settings. That should do it. You''ll have to reset the radio selections and it will take a few miles od driving for the fuel range to reset.
