Any know knew what brand carry 17.8 size wheel , with 40 or 45mm off set ?

O.Z. makes em, BBS, ASA, and a few select others, www.tirerack.com has a lot!
I'm getting some O.Z. Ultraleggera's in 17x8 with a 45mm offset! Great choice in size killa!
