Speedometer

Bought my new 06 Sprinter in Nov. Noticed the speedometer runs slow by 4 mph. Took in for repairs twice and the last time I was told by Mercedes-Benz that they are all shipped that was from Germany due to the fact that the police allow you 5 mph over the speed limit. I think BS but cannot get it fixed?

I think by law they can have up to a 4 mph error. A lot of Hondas are 4 off too.
