It is a sad news in which Daivd, the owner of these stores turned me down, and led my trust toward him to become zero. This is how it goes, I ordered a set of Studio27 Moto Chrome paint from David in Early Jan 2007, he said it was sent in mid Jan 2007. My last contact with him was on Jan 28, 2007, I still have not received the reply and the paint from him.

I am frustrated!!! I think he is gone.

TireGiant: I'm sorry to heard that, and I ever spoken well of SRC, at this point I prefere stay mute. I'm disappointed. I hoped he was able to work to switch his service to good. Shame. And also those forum is going dead, shame too.

BTW: Tire Giant, PLEASE, change the hosting of your sig: every time I see a post from you the system give an error with the certificate from the server you kept the pics (430, great pics perhaps) thanks.

A lot of people have tried to reach him for a while and no answer.i'm waiting for a replacement part for a hiro BT52B and no news for 1 month....

I'm surprised about this, in my experience they've been very reliable and quick. Shame to lose a good vendor, and sucks he's not doing what he needs to by his customers. Sometimes people get in a bind and without a staff, it shuts down an place like that. Sucks that there was no notice (like there was for Cobra Colors) at least. Hopefully he'll make it right.

Not that I would've expected it necessary for this place (who I've dealt with before without problem) but it's always a good idea to email a website before ordering.

Still sucks, I agree.

From my experience, Daivid, was a very good seller. He had a very good communication, product, and shipping. But this time is discouraged me enough. :S

Wow, you can't even access the store right now.

A simple email or posting on the website giving even a vague update on the status of the business and a potential timetable on when things might get going normal again would help a lot IMO.

David is a great honest guy. I have dealt with him many time and even made a web site of his company.

Sadly, over a year ago or so (about when I made the web site for him), he started to have a lot of work to do outside the "hobby store" and now, it look like he have absolutely no spare time.

It's sad. it was my primary US store and David was even a friend, but I didn't had any news from him for few month too, making ordering from his store risky.

Everyone just calm down. David was hit pretty hard by the recent winterstorms of February and as of last week his home phone was STILL not working (all you get is a phone company recorded message about how the line is being repaired and they apologize for the inconvienence but do the recent storm they are experiencing a higher than average outage!). I'm sure once he's back online everything will get sorted out.

Until then, let's try and remain calm...or not...;-)>

I agree totally with you about remaining calm.
Look, and this is my opinion only. BUT I KNOW DAVID would not renege and scr*w pple over. Please give him a chance to sort this out. I know his family's construction business is very busy, but I was unaware of this storm damage(here in sunny Perth, you tend to forget about the weather in the rest of the world.).

Just be patient guys.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time he's had problems that have caused issues with him running his business. I've had to cancel with him in the past due to not receiving my order. It all comes down to communication I think.
