Weatherstriping

Hi,
My Camaro has 80,000 miles on it and it sits outside in Arizona. The Weatherstriping has not been keeped up with but still sems in good condition.
To clean it and make sure it seals to its potential what sould it do>??
Clean it with a clean wet rag and then rub in some kind of material??? If so what material and from the autoshop or dealership. The windows seem not to be sealed that well anymore when driving on the freeway, will this help?

Clean it well with simplegreen/window cleaner then coat the weatherstripping with silicone dielectric grease. Rub it in good and wipe off any excess.

Man this works like a champ! Also make sure the windows are not too loose that will create less pressure in the seals.
