'03 Grand Caravan auto lock/unlock

My van automatically locks when I'm going down the road (about 20 mph). However, it doesn't automatically unlock, and I want it to.

It's very frustrating for me when I get out of the van after being in it by myself, then go to put my infant son in just to realize the sliding door is still locked He's young enough he's still in an infant carrier-and with the diaper bag & all...well, it's a pain to have to fish for my keys to unlock the door.

According to my manual, it says I can program it to automatically unlock by using the Overhead Console, Customer Programmable Features. Hm. I don't have an overhead console. I can program it so it doesn't automatically lock at all without the overhead console-but having kids I kind of like that feature, so I want it to lock when I take off, and unlock when we arrive.

Is there any way I can achieve this?

You can program it to unlock all doors when you place it in park.
The instructions to do this are in the owner's manual, you will need your key with the little pushbuttons.
