Actually did some new stuff finally.

Redid all four struts and springs. Went with gabriel ultra struts all around. I must say for not being a huge after market strut these things ride great for the money. Also had a guy make me up some springs. I had the guy make them up to be a little more beefier and raised myself up about an inch or so. Yeah, I know everyone in there mother is going down and here I am going up but got damn I drive under some harsh conditions. I ever drop my car I might as well cut out the middle man and take a sledge hammer to my under body.

Swapped out my locking hood pins for a set of red sparco non locking pins. Picked up the upper and lower rksport motor mounts. For the ecotec owners out there just a word about the mounts....I know in one of my guys Z when he did the upper and lower mounts that thing rattled like a paint shaker but its actually not that bad in the ecos. It actually gave me a more aggressive exhaust profile tone. Also for once a product description didnt lie. Thanks to these bad boys its nothing but straight power to the ground. No losses thanks to engine roll off the line and durring shift points. Even having my shift plus on stage 1 is like stock shift. I might have to up it to stage 2 for daily driving now. I highly suggest picking up the mounts.

Swapped out my baer drilled and slotted rotors for the new brembo ones on hawk pads. Car now stops on a dime on its side.

Well, other then that the car has been business as usual.

At least of the suspension. I know I'm asking for it when I drop mine. Especially with the kit I have. 1.4" drop and a kit....yeah this is going to be ugly. I may have to sell my Tein S-Tech springs and look for TRD spings instead so my drop isn't so low. It is about time you did something new to your car though

Re: Actually did some new stuff finally.

How much of a drop did you have? Are you back to stock height now or are you still lowered a bit?
