Old build, New pics: Ek Turbo w/ NOS
I finally got my website back up and running, new and improved!! I just hope this time it does not get erased by souless hackers!!!! I am reshooting some of my old builds since pics have become lost or just were not that great to begin with
This is one I built some 2 or 3 years ago but I have reignited the flame with these pics, I am in love again! It's the Revell kit that I added a scratch built turbo and intercooler to and I also slapped a HUGE nitrous bottle in the hatch. The front bumper is scratch built as well as the CF wing, lower wing, vents in the fenders and befroe the rear wheel well. custom N1 straight through exhaust, custom gauges and tach, TV, Vtec controller and misc other scratch built items that it's just hard to keep track of since it's been so long since I built it. I will be uploading quite a bit more pics of my other builds as well as some new ones so stay tuned. It's just been so long since I have really posted anything on here so I hope you guys enjoy! comments and questions are always welcome ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Nice man, I have been trying your site the last couple of months, finally its back up! On that orange civic, what did you use for the can on the back? It looks like aluminum tubing, but what sizing and how did you cut it so cleanly?

I appreciate the support man, thanks. On the Imola Civic I actually used plastic tubing I bought at the LHS (Hobby town here in Charlotte), it's the same type styrene that our models are made of so it was ALOT easier to work w/ than aluminum (which was the first thing I used to use a LONG time ago before I found the plastic tubing). Thats basically how I made it look so clean, that and chrome foil also bought at the LHS. Quote:

The color is Tamiya Gold and the wheels are some I picked up like 7 or 8 years ago. I don't even remember the name of them, I just know the tires were really big and the revell low-pro tires fit on there perfectly (had to make the wheel more narrow is all) and really brought them to life, they also used to be silver but I striped them and painted them black. |

Nice new pics, better than the ones i saw a long time ago. I also didn't notice before the gauges on the glove box (dash), great touch.

Not a big fan of Hondas, but this is a well built one. Really digging it.
And that first picture came out exceptionally well. Looks almost like a real civic in some of the pictures. Great job!
